Acquisition of Opitek

Asker Healthcare Group’s subsidiary OneMed Denmark has acquired Opitek ApS, a provider of equipment and surgical instruments to hospitals in Denmark.
“We continue to strengthen our position in Denmark within surgery with Opitek’s portfolio of high-quality products and surgical instruments. Together with the Sterilean instrument portfolio we acquired a couple of years ago, we can now offer a more comprehensive and more efficient solution for Danish healthcare providers,” says Johan Falk, CEO Asker Healthcare Group.

Opitek sells patient positioning devices, OR-room equipment, and surgical instruments including educational programs, service and repairs. The company has a revenue of approximately SEK 10m per year and will be integrated into OneMed Denmark.
